Bay St. Louis Historic Train Depot ADA Improvements/Interior and Exterior Plaster and Paint The work included in the Contract shall consist primarily of Construction of the following items: ADA required improvements to the accessible building entry and interior bathroom upgrades on both floors. Miscellaneous interior plaster repair and paint and exterior building prep paint. Bids must be submitted on the standard forms contained within these contract documents furnished by Architect, noted in the Information for Bidders. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check on a solvent bank or a Bidder's Bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to operate in the State of Mississippi, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, payable to the owner as bid security. Bidders shall also submit a current financial statement, if requested by the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The required documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and the outside of the envelope shall be marked plainly as: BSL Historic Train Depot ADA improvements and the Certificate of Responsibility Number. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities. The work to be performed shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations and Codes. Thisis a general paintspecification includingbut not necessarily limitmaterials and labor to furnish, unload, store, and perform field painting for a complete, operational system. Note that this project includes texture, prime and paint to match existing adjacent conditions. This specification includes but does not necessarily limit materials and labor to furnish, unload, store, and install porcelain and/or ceramic tile for a complete, operational system.
