The Winfield Housing Authority (WHA) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide all labor and materials for new concrete walks, drainage improvements, patio extension, grading work and other items at their Cedar Brooke North and South Sites, in Winfield, KS. Proposals for the work shall include all labor and materials needed to complete the work as indicated on the plans and specifications, for a complete and working installation. Email them to: winfieldhousing1417@gmail.com If you email your proposal, please be sure to call the WHA and verify that your proposal has been received. i) Please see the attached plans and technical specifications to determine the full scope of work. ii) Here is a brief description of the work for Base Bid #1: (1) Construct a small addition onto the end of the existing back patio at 315 N Massachusetts. (a) Provide a new sub-grade drain to collect water from a downspout and move it down the hill. (b) Related finish grading and seeding for grass (2) Construct a new sidewalk that connects the existing street to the north door of the storage building at the North Site (a) Provide finish grading and seeding for grass (3) Clean up job site and remove debris from guttering. (4) Repair any damage to yards, walks, etc. that were a result of work operations. iii) The Contractor is responsible for daily cleanup of the work areas, and for hauling these items off for disposal off site. iv) All work shall be completed in compliance with these contract documents. v) Weekly certified payroll reports (CPR's) shall be completed and submitted to the Owner for review. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
