Ovoca Road Pump Station Replacement and Force Main Addition The project will include the following described construction: The furnishing and installation for the proposed replacement of a Wastewater Pumping Station including bypass pumping, the removal of designated equipment and appurtenances, installation of new pumps, valves, manholes, gravity sewer piping; installation of approximately 9,600 linear feet of new 12-inch and/or 16-inch force main; external emergency pumping connection, and all other equipment and work required as shown on Contract Drawings and/or called out in the Project Specifications for which no other specific unit price or lump sum items has been established in the Bid Proposal. All qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) firms desiring to bid as a General Contractor, sub-contractor, professional service provider, supplier, or equipment vendor are encouraged to contact Ms. Marilyn Robinson at the Nashville Minority Business Center office; the office of the Engineer, Water Management Services, LLC; 2 International Plaza, Suite 401; Nashville, Tennessee 37217 (telephone: 615/366-6088), in order to obtain a list of prospective bidding General Contractors or to obtain copies of bidding/contract documents. Bid documents may be examined at Builder's Exchange of Tennessee, 2322 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211, and the Nashville Minority Business Office 1919 Charlotte Avenue Suite 310 Nashville TN 37203. Tullahoma Utilities Authority reserves the right to reject any Proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion Tullahoma Utilities Authority further reserves the right to reject all Proposals. The Proposal must not be removed from the Contract Documents with which it has been bound.
