Benton County Ditch 9 Repair Project Site Directions: Approximately 4 miles southeast of Foley. Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2024 The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to construct the Benton County Ditch 9 Repair Project. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: mobilization, seeding, water, and traffic control as needed; performing ditch excavation and clearing; and furnishing and installing culverts as provided in the Bidding Documents. All quantities and work items in this Advertisement for Bids are approximate and not guaranteed. A bid bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid price is required for this contract. Benton County reserves all authority to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the best interests of the Board The major items of work consist of the following approximate quantities: Excavation of Existing Channel (P), 28,819 linear feet.
