Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Materialman s Bonds are also required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive technicalities as it deems best to protect its interest. Renovations to the existing Hazleton Area Career Center consisting of the renovation of the existing interior and other miscellaneous construction for the identified building. This project is broken down into four (4) prime contracts, General Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Contracts. The base project scope includes selective demolition of the existing interior of the building, new GWB partitions, new flooring and ACT ceiling system, new casework in each classroom and specialty education space, new sinks in designated classrooms, new power distribution, lighting and accessories, new data and security distribution and accessories, upgraded mechanical systems and distribution to the new building layouts.
