In general, the project consists of the following: installing cured-in-place liner on approximately 10,000 linear feet of 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer pipe and 4-inch and 6-inch service laterals; performing cementitious restoration on approximately 60 sanitary manholes. All Bids must be made on the official Bid Form, and be accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond, payable to the Town of Dryden, in the amount equal to 5% of the Base Bid. All such bid securities will be returned no later than the forty-sixth day after the Bid opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Town. Amendments can only be accomplished by means of Addenda issued by the Engineer. Written questions must be addressed and submitted via email to Donald M. Harner, P.E. Questions must be received by 5:00 PM on September 28, 2023. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses and Section 3 HUD are encouraged to bid.
