The approximate quantities of work to be bid upon include approximately 25,770 linear feet of 2", 3", 6", and 8" waterline, 42 service lines, 12 fire hydrants, and related appurtenances. All work summarized below shall be substantially complete within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code.
