Eldorado Pool Solar System - This project was originally envisioned as a solar water heating system, but the city would like to consider the option of a photovoltaic system to offset year-round electrical loads and possible future conversion to an electric heating system in lieu of the current natural gas boiler. The city projects an approximate 200KW maximum system size. System would be mounted on parking canopies provided by the DBM under this contract. Construction budget for this site is $360,000. Questions must be received in writing by Noon, December 28, 2023. Responses to questions will be posted to the City's website, at the address above, by close of business, Wednesday, January 3, 2024, by addendum. Eldorado Pool Complete 4/30/26 The City of Scottsdale reserves the right to reject any oral Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Request for Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received. A summary of the GMP with a total for each of the components of the GMP as listed in its definition in Article 1 as shown in the table below: C. Schedule of Values - spread sheet with the estimated bid or cost organized by subcontract categories, allowances, bid contingency, general conditions costs, taxes, bonds, insurances, and the DBM's construction phase fee. The supporting document for the spreadsheet must be provided in an organized manner that correlates with the schedule of values. The backup information shall consist of the request for bids, bids received, and clarification assumptions used for the particular bid item listed on the schedule of values, if applicable: material costs, equipment costs, labor costs, hourly labor rates, and total cost. Labor costs shall include the employee classification, benefits, payroll taxes and other payroll burdens. The total cost for any portion of the work to be performed by subcontractors shall include subcontractor overhead and profit. Production rates, transportation and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution of the work, whether temporary or permanent, and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated into the work. Copies of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Memoranda, narratives, consultant's reports and all other information used by the DBM Contractor to arrive at the GMP. The GMP must include all assumptions, descriptions and a breakdown of all allowances.
