Demolition of Various Properties Question Deadline 09/27/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, and to make awards in the best interest of the Town. The Contractor shall provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, mobilization and other means of demolition, including all materials and labor specified in the Contract Documents or as necessary to perform the demolition and disposal of the buildings and their contents listed above along with any and all items attached to and/or located inside or outside the buildings including bordering PVC fence, chain link fence, harmonization of the ground area between the lots, etc. The only asphalt parking surfaces included in the demolition work are identified in each of the Exhibits listed in the bid document. An add option is included in this bid to remove a section of the back concrete wall located on the western side of the properties south of SW 42nd Street. Demolition shall include any and all fencing surrounding the property which is owned by the Town of Davie Community Redevelopment Agency and as shown on the demolition Exhibits. As part of the demolition work, the contractor shall also be required to coordinate the location and disconnection of all existing utilities (Electrical, water and sewer, cable, etc.)
