Only Contractors licensed according to Contractor's Licensing Law, R.S.37:2151-2163,shall be considered if his bid is greater than $50,000.00 and shall show his license number on exterior of Bid Envelope and above his signature or the signature of his duly authorized representative. No bid may be with drawn for a period of forty-five(45)days after receipt of bids per Louisiana Revised Statue 38:2215(A). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Bid Law.
