Furnishing all labor, supervision, and equipment to complete Phase III of the renovations of the Third Floor of the Municipal Court Building located at 700 Orleans, Beaumont, Texas 77701. Government or the District of Columbia that are located in a State or the District of Columbia and which requires or involves the employment of mechanics or laborers shall contain a provision stating the minimum wages to be paid various classes of laborers and mechanics. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or approved Bond in an amount representing Five Percent (5%),Within Ten (10) Days following contract award, the awarded Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount representing one-hundred percent (100%),Within Ten (10) Days following contract award, the awarded Bidder Shall furnish a Payment Bond in an amount representing one-hundred percent (100%) Question Deadline 10/26/2023 at 12:00 PM Permits, Licenses, and Certificates: For Owner's records, submit copies of permits, licenses, certifications, inspection reports, releases, jurisdictional settlements, notices, receipts for fee payments, judgments, correspondence, records, and similar documents, established for compliance with standards and regulations bearing on performance of the Work. It is hereby agreed between both parties to this contract that the amount of said damages are hereby ascertained and liquidated at the greater of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per day of delay, or the actual measurable damages to the Owner including penalties, or other fees which may be charged to the Owner for failure to meet the time requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it.
