As part of the overall project to replace the high temperature hot water boilers and associated piping and equipment, and the cooling tower condenser water pumps, the College will be issuing three bid solicitations and awarding one contract under each solicitation as follows: Delivery Point Eastern Campus 121 Speonk-Riverhead Rd Riverhead, New York Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 10/16/2023 04:00 PM EDT Question Acceptance Deadline 10/04/2023 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The Contractor shall fulfill the requirements of Substantial Completion. Condenser water pumps replacement must be completed and operational no later than April 30, 2024. The HTHW system replacement must be completed and operational no later than September 15, 2024. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid It is intended that the work under this contract be substantially completed by August 31, 2024. Final completion is anticipated to be on or before September 30, 2024.
