**As of October 20, 2023, project was awarded to Cochise Floor Covering, awarded amount is $17,764.38.** The City of Sierra Vista is seeking an experienced flooring contractor to remove and replace the carpeting at two city locations: 1) TR building, 3030 East Tacoma Street in Sierra Vista Arizona 85635. TR is approximately 2,160 square feet modular building, and 2) Sports Center Office, 3401 East Fry Blvd in Sierra Vista Arizona 85635, approximately 600 square feet of carpeting in the office area. Question Submission Deadline: October 11, 2023, 5:00 pm Vendors are solely responsible for the on time submission of their electronic Quote. The City will only consider Quotes that have transmitted successfully and have been issued a confirmation number with a time stamp indicating that the Quote was submitted successfully. Transmission of Quotes by any other means will not be accepted. Vendors shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the online bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for their stability of their internet service. The City shall not be responsible for any transmission errors or delays. Failure of the Vendors to successfully submit an electronic Quote shall be the Vendors sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted Quotes. Vendor agrees to hold the above pricing valid for a period of 90 days from the date listed above. The City of Sierra Vista reserves the right to waive any immaterial informalities or irregularities, to reject any bid, all bids, or any part of any bid presented and re-advertise for bids. The City reserves the right to cancel the solicitation and make no award. The City of Sierra Vista reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who previously failed to perform adequately for the City of Sierra Vista or any other governmental agency. The City of Sierra Vista expressly reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who is in default on the payment of taxes, licenses, or other monies due to the Sierra Vista.
