The Lockhart Independent School District (LISD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide installation and materials for a walkway canopy for Clear Fork Elementary. The purpose of this CSP is to provide a turnkey project to install a walkway canopy for Clear Fork Elementary. Clear Fork Elementary - 1102 Clear Fork Street, Lockhart, TX 78644 The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all City of permits necessary for the project unless otherwise indicated. Lockhart ISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted, to request additional information from one or all proposers, and negotiate any and all terms of the proposal if deemed necessary All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via an addendum posted to the web site. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this competitive sealed proposal will be noon on October 5, 2023 Response to questions will be posted in the form of an addendum to this CSP on the LISD Purchasing website by 11:59 P.M. on October 6, 2023.
