The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for semi-annual (twice per 12-month calendar year, January - December) inspection, maintenance, and servicing of eight (8) HVAC systems at the Grizzly Island Wildlife Area Complex (GIWA) and two (2) systems at the Napa-Sonoma Marshes Wildlife Area Complex (NSMWA), in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely. This solicitation has been exempted from DVBE Participation Program requirements. However, for those firms voluntarily utilizing DVBE subcontractors, there will be an incentive applied to the level of DVBE participation identified in the bid response not to exceed five percent (5%). For more information, see section, K.3. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Incentive. Bidder Minimum Qualifications/Bidder License Requirements License Code: A -General Engineering Contractor or License Code: B - General Building Contractor or License Code: C20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor The contract term will be from October 21, 2023, or upon California Department of Fish and Wildlife approval date, whichever is later, through October 20, 2026. Proposed Award Date October 13, 2023 The CDFW reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in any bid. Question Deadline 10/04/2023 In addition to the terms and conditions referenced above, the Contractor will comply with all laws, regulations, and policies regarding prevailing wage determinations.
