All Bids are to be submitted with one (1) original and one (1) copy. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the ATLANTIC CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of bid, not to exceed $20,000.00 shall be submitted with each bid. The Housing Authority shall have the right, in addition to retaining the amount of the Bid Security, to proceed against the bidder for any additional damages, which may occur due to the bidder's refusal or failure to enter into a contract. All addenda(s) will be issued via email. Therefore, all interested respondents should check to confirm from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda(s) related to this procurement. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. All Site visits are by appointment only. In-person visits will be between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
