Privacy Fencing construction services: The primary task of the contractor is to provide construction services to supply and install a new section of vinyl fencing located at #2 Erickson Drive in Sylvan Lake. It has also been identified that it is the intent to install a privacy screening on the existing fence on the north side of the property. The successful contractor will provide a team of experienced professionals to provide construction services for this important initiative. The section of fence to be installed is approximately 40 metres (135 feet) (see attached location map). It is preferred to construct the fence with a vinyl material or similar alternative with low maintenance. Privacy Screening Construction Services: In addition, the Summer Village is seeking costs to supply and install a privacy screening on the existing chain-link fence, located on the north side of the property. The Village is open to recommendations on color. The length of the fence is approximately 110 metres (365 feet). The Summer Village intends to reduce the damage to existing grass and landscaping as much as possible. The overall cost should include the restoration of any damaged grass or landscaping during the installation process. The price will include the provision of all tools, materials, equipment, labour, transportation, supervision, removals, permits, disposals, grass seed, restoration, sod, management, overhead, traffic or pedestrian control, utility locates, to provide all services described. Proponent to verify all measurements, volumes, lengths, or other determinant to their own satisfaction BEFORE submission of pricing.
