Bids will be received via an Online Bid Platform on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, commencing at 10:00 AM and ending at 11:30 AM eastern prevailing time. To be eligible to participate in the online bidding, bidders must submit the required bid qualification documents as set forth in the specifications. Qualification documents are to be received by the County no later than 2:00 PM eastern prevailing time on Thursday October 12, 2023. Bid Qualification documents must be received either in person at the hour designated in this advertisement or previous thereto by Delivery, Mail, Federal Express or United Parcel Service to the County of Camden, Division of Purchasing, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102, and clearly marked on the outside "BID QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS" A44-23, NATURAL GAS SUPPLY SERVICE. The County of Camden is not responsible for any bid qualification documents that are either mailed or overnight delivered and do not arrive before the prevailing bid time. Bid Qualification documents will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein. Bid prices are to be indicated for the Bid Group options and the County reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder per Bid Group. The bids must conform to the specifications and only approved qualified bids will be accepted. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable. All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the County at the website listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control.
