The works include: The construction of a one-story building with an area of 41.5 square meters (441 square feet) and a height of 4.3 meters (13 feet) with an attached 10 foot by 20 foot covered veranda . The building will include 2 individual toilets, a small kitchen (concession) and a storage room. The building will be constructed according to the architectural plans (attached to the current contract in annex) and in compliance with the building code in force; The exterior walls will be constructed of insulated concrete forms (ICF); A metal panel roof (Ameri-Cana standard light gray color); An exterior cladding in stone veneer over 1/3 of its height and vertical fiber cement cladding over 2/3 of the remaining height; Three (3) 36" insulated metal doors, pre-painted; One (1) 72" double door in insulated metal, pre-painted; One (1) pre-painted uninsulated metal roller door 72'' X 48''; Concrete floor (including slab, foundation walls and footings); Plumbing for toilets and the concession and installation of plumbing accessories (toilets, vanities, kitchen sink and exterior faucet) and kitchen cabinets as described in the architectural plans; Insulation of roof trusses with R 32 mattress insulation; Interior finishing of walls and ceiling in trussforce PVC wall panel or equivalent; Electrical work and installation of interior and exterior lighting as described in the architectural plans.
