Housing Rehab program The successful respondent will workwith and will receive the fullsupport of the Town of Egremont through its Select Board. Respondents are asked to present a scope of services that will lead tosuccessful implementation of the CDBG Grant and meet the followinggoals: Follow and adhere closely to all DHCD policies and requirements, andall applicable federal and state statutes and regulations Conduct all grant activities in a timely manner Ensure that all work and materials are of good quality Maintain good communications with the Town as well as the sub- grantees, property owners and contractors Workcooperatively withTowndepartments,such astheTown Accountant and Collector/Treasurer Enable the Town to assume proper future monitoring of low/moderate income eligibility and fair rents after the project is complete Prepare a successful FY24 CDBG grant at no cost to the town Proposals must include a Scope of Services addressing the administrativerequirements of the Town that incorporates all appropriate activities Questions may be addressed in writing to the Town, attention Select Board
