The work includes reconstructing Garden Street from Albion Street to Emerald Street including installation of 5-foot or 7-foot wide attached sidewalk on both sides of the roadway. The work also includes installing a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon across Franklin Road at Garden Street; replacing bridge #1362 over the North Slough located approximately 120 north of Mason Drive; and installing bikeway signage and striping for the Garden Street Bikeway between Albion Street and the Greenbelt.
