The work to be performed under this contract was designed in two phases. Phase I is the reconstruction of pavement and utilities along Esters Road beginning at the City Right-of-Way adjacent to State Highway (SH 183) and going North to a point south of the Esters Road-Rochelle Road Intersection. Phase II includes work beginning at the end point of Phase I South of the Rochelle Road and Esters Intersection then extending to the North of the Twin Falls Street at Esters Road Intersection. The project includes the scope of work for the two phases complete and can be worked on simultaneously with approval of traffic control by the City of Irving The work to be performed under Phase I of this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place 6-Inch thru 20-Inch diameter Water Main, 6-Inch and 8- Inch diameter Wastewater Main, Removal of and installation of various size Reinforced Concrete Pipe(RCP), Storm Water Junction Boxes and storm water Inlets, Reinforced Concrete Sidewalks, 9-Inch Reinforced Concrete Paving, temporary ridding surfaces and traffic signal infrastructure at Rainier Street Traffic signal poles, lights and equipment will be provided and installed by the City of Irving), sod and irrigation, with all associated appurtenances to complete this project. The work to be performed under Phase II of this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place 6-Inch thru 12-Inch diameter Water Main, 6-Inch and 8- Inch diameter wastewater system, removal of and installation of various size Reinforced Concrete Pipe(RCP), Removal and reconstruction of storm water Inlets, Reinforced Concrete Sidewalks, 9-Inch Reinforced Concrete Paving, temporary ridding surfaces and traffic signal infrastructure at Rochelle Road (Traffic signal poles, lights and equipment will be provided and installed by the City of Irving), The city reserves the right to review all special permits and revise or revoke such permits at any time to ensure that public health, safety and welfare is given top priority.
