The proposed contract is for Dike repair and various other projects at Oologah WMA. The work will include removing any encroaching trees/brush, repairing beaver damage (runs, lodges, etc.) and generally lowering and reshaping dikes as defined below. Cost Estimate: $124,922.72 If the bid exceeds $100,000, a cashier's check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. Performance Bond for 100% of the value of the Contract to insure completion of the Work Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract to assure that the Owner is protected from the action of Subcontractors, suppliers and employees for unpaid debts of the Contractor. The location of the conference will be at Jack Gordon Park 421-499 South Locust Street, Nowata, OK 74048. Please note that Four Wheel Drive Vehicles are required to access these locations, State will have three vehicles to provide limited space to the sites. The Owner reserves the right to make any inquiries to ensure that the lowest bidder can complete the work in a satisfactory manner. We propose to complete this work within 120 days from the date identified by the ODWC in February 2024.
