Work to be done in the quickest manner possible as this is the tenant's main shipping area. Weekend work is acceptable. Cut and remove 16' x 70' x 2" of existing asphalt. Remove a minimum of 8" up to 10" of compacted material under asphalt. Add up to 2-4" new material to be compacted. Heavy duty metal transitions from asphalt to concrete along 3 sides, one 16' and one 70' up to building side. Third side is metal transition from building to concrete 12'. All work to be level with existing parking lot. Warranty of minimum 5 years. Responsible for all removal and disposal of existing material. Responsible for all permits needed, if applicable. Take into consideration that the Project will be awarded in January, 2024 with work to be performed weather permitting in Spring/Summer of 2024. Cowlitz County Prevailing Wage must be paid on work done for the Port of Woodland along with a filing of Intent, Affidavit and Certified Payroll. Current Prevailing Wage can be found at electronically. Timeline: All work is to be done in Spring/Summer 2024
