The contract consists of the following work for both ISS Pumps 2 and 3: o Remove the top half of the pump and the rotating element. o Inspect pump internal components. o Prepare the casing of the pump for recoating. o Apply metal filler to repair pits and abrasion damage in pump casing. o Restore the internal protective coating. o Change bearing oil. o Replace casing and impeller wear rings and balance rotating elements. o Reassemble the pump. o Align the motor, coupling, and pump and perform testing and equipment startup. The contractor shall also replace the 42-inch bellows-style expansion couplings upstream of ISS Pumps 1, 2, and 3. Only one ISS Pump shall be taken out of service at a time for work under this contract. All work on ISS Pumps 2 and 3 and their expansion couplings, other than touch up painting of the pump exteriors,
