THE WORK SHALL GENERALLY INCLUDE: The supply and installation of a whole building generator operating system, connection with the electrical systems, and coordination and training with users, and local officials; construction permit applications and related documents; conduct construction oversight with on-sight inspections at critical elements of the construction project; and project close-out services. PROJECT LOCATION: SITE: City of St. Albans Police Department is located at 613 MacCorkle Avenue, St Albans, WV. (Locally known as the previous Chase Bank building.) The St. Albans Police Department has two floors, both completely operational and imperative for use during power outages. THE WORK SHALL SPECIFICALLY INCLUDE: The Police Department provides primary emergency services for the entire community and surrounding areas and performs essential continuing duties. The disruption of this service is detrimental to St. Albans. This unit should be able to power the 1st and 2nd floors while being installed in accordance with all applicable local and national building and electrical codes. Contractor is required to provide information on proposed equipment, load, and sizing data. The City of St. Albans reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. EOE
