Questions must be submitted through PennBid and will not be accepted in any other manner. Project generally consists of the demolition and removal of some interior and exterior features. Changes will include modifications to the locker room, conference room, offices, break room, laundry area, plumbing, heating/air-conditioning, and accessibility as shown on the Contract Drawings. The Work will be performed under two Contracts as follows: Contract One - General Construction. Contract Two - Electrical GC portion of the contract it's approximately $625,000 to $650,000. The Electrical portion is approximately $100,000 to $120,000 The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The UPPER MERION SANITARY AND STORMWATER AUTHORITY hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. Notice of intent to award - oct 2023 The project generally consists ofthe refurbishing and remodeling ofthe existing conference room, locker rooms, offices, restrooms, and kitchen area located above the Trout Run WPCC garage. The refurbished space will include a men's and women's locker room, two offices, a remodeled kitchen area, and utility closet. New features will include an ADA Ramp, new mini-split heat pumps, a new drop ceiling system, new plumbing, and new electrical components (interior and exterior lights, switches, conduit, wires, and all other items as shown on the Drawings). Mini-split ductless heat pump units shall also be located at the operations building and the existing lower-level office adjacent to the garage General Contract was awarded to DESSCO Design and Construction. The Electrical Contract was awarded to DK Construction Services.
