Demolition of the existing fire alarm system. Renovations include a new fire alarm system comprised of a new fire alarm control panel, remote annunciators, cellular dialer, remote antenna, manual pull stations, smoke detectors, duct smoke detectors, heat detectors, valve tamper switches and water flow switches, interfaces to elevator controls and interface to computer/data fire protection system, horns and strobes and associated wiring and conduit. All Bidders submitting a Bid shall have a currently valid "General Contractor's License" for the State of South Carolina. This License number shall be shown on the bid form immediately below the signature identification and on the face of the sealed envelope containing the submitted bid. Every request for such interpretation shall be submitted electronically to Caleb Pittman atcpittman@davisfloyd.com and Ralph Guarino at ralphg@co.pickens.sc.us. The Work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of the existing fire alarm system including fire alarm control panel, remote annunciators, manual pull stations, smoke detectors, duct smoke detectors, heat detectors, audio/visual devices, and associated conduit and wiring.
