The library is located at 147 West College Avenue in downtown Hartsville, South Carolina. The County of Darlington is seeking proposal from qualified firms to make improvements to the Hartsville Library Branch. Please refer all questions in writing about this Bid to: Darlington County Attn: Procurement Analyst 1 Public Square, Room 210 Darlington, South Carolina 29532 Phone: (843) 398-4100 Fax: (843) 393-8539 E-mail: bodom@darcosc.net SCOPE OF WORK The County of Darlington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to make the following improvements at the Hartsville Library: o Pressure wash the existing roof, gutter, and soffit system. o Clean out downspouts. o Remove old incorrect repairs from the roof, gutters, and soffits, and repair. o Install high silicone primer for roof areas to be repaired. o Reseal all coping joints, gutter joints, pipe flashing, dormer vents, Z closures, ridge caps, and counter flashing. o Install two coats of bright white high solid silicone coating system on all roof areas and the entire gutter system. o Repair roof area over north side window area from leak. o Please see Appendix A for roof specifications
