SCOPE OF WORK: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for professional consulting services to provide pre-design analysis, design, permitting, professional constructability review and construction observation of improvements to restore the Fort Myers Beach (FMB) Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to at least its permitted treatment capacity of 6 MGD in order to handle the projected future flow conditions, ensure long-term efficient operation and performance. The FMB WRF must also be designed and constructed to meet the requirements of Advanced Wastewater Treatment (AWT) as required under SB 712.
