Part 2 - ISS Capacity Improvements Creekside Preserve Grinder Pump Stationincludes providing construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment, and other activities necessary for the Creekside Preserve Grinder Pump Station as part of the ISS Capacity Improvements consent decree. The proposed collection sewer alignment will include the construction of approximately 60 LF of 8- inch PVC into the pump station and new valves on the existing sanitary sewer downstream. The grinder pump station will be constructed at the intersection of Creekside Preserve and Hamill Road, consisting of a wet well structure, pumps and controls, electrical, site work, and odor control system, and a 2-inch PVC force main pipe tying into the trunk sewer along Hamill Road. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. The allotted time for construction is 330 calendar days. No bid may be withdrawn within 120 calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid.
