The undersigned understands that time is of the essence and agrees that the date for Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be on or before 17 January 2025 based on a Notice authorizing Work to proceed on or before 25 October 2023, and Final Completion shall be achieved within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion as determined by the A/E.
