The Department of Administration, Division of Capitol Asset Management and Maintenance is seeking a qualified contractor to complete interior and exterior renovations per specifications herein for the Benjamin Rush Building located at 35 Howard Ave., Cranston, RI 02920 (Pastore Campus). Vendor Q&A Duration Start Date 07 September 2023 at 08:45:00 GMT-4End Date 19 September 2023 at 17:00:00 GMT-4 Questions regarding the Specification, or system requirements, should be directed in writing to the Engineer 1. Summary: Selective demolition and disposal of restrooms fixtures, plumbing and finishes, select ceilings and doors as called for on drawings, IT data equipment and wiring, and select ceilings, casework and features as shown on drawings and replacement with new rough-ins, fixtures, finishes walls, doors and ceilings including any revisions to existing HVAC or life safety systems as required to complete work as shown on drawings 2. Protection and replacement of existing construction and finishes from damage due to this work. All existing finishes including finish flooring must be properly protected during construction with board and tape and replaced if necessary if damaged during construction of adjacent materials. 3. Prior to excavation, contact "Dig-Safe"; disconnect and cap all utilities including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical and communications. 4. All work is to comply with all State and Federal regulations. 5. The Contractor will obtain and pay for all permits required, including, but not limited to: Building, Fire Plan Review Fees, State, ADA, etc. 6. Associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and new water, gas and electrical service. 7. Wage provisions of Davis Bacon Act to govern this project
