Project consists of a single story building to be located east of the Turtle Mountain High School in Belcourt, ND. It will contain two classrooms, restrooms, lobby, and mechanical/electrical storage room. Construction elements include concrete, frost depth foundations, wood frame floor system, crawl space, insulated exterior wood walls with sheetrock and metal siding. Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidder's surety bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid. Roof structure is wood trusses, sheetrock lid, blown insulation, plywood sheathing and asphalt shingles. Interior wood framed walls, standard metal frames, wood and steel doors, toilet compartments, windows, and lockers. Mechanical systems include forced air heating and cooling with outdoor air cooled heat pumps and a small energy recovery unit, plumbing fixtures, water heater, domestic water, and sanitary drain waste and vent piping. Electrical systems include new service, trenching and wire to transformer, power wiring, lighting, security wiring, data wiring, telephone wiring, and sound system. Documents in accordance with the terms of the principal's bid. Failure to include an appropriate bidder's bond may result in rejection of the bid. Cash, cashiers or personal checks are not acceptable. See Instructions to Bidders 00 1000, Art. 7. North dakota law. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids. As provided in the Contract Documents, the successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds. Failure to include a copy of the appropriate contractor's license may result in the rejection of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, to hold all bids for a period of 30 days after the bid-opening date, and to reject all bids and rebid the Project. Est.
