The work for which these proposals are submitted for the DISTRICTS Lake Bank Improvements consists of providing labor, materials, and equipment for surveying, and construction of improvements to the lake banks to correct and assist in preventing erosion. All work performed shall be in accordance with the plans, specifications and Contract Documents pertaining hereto, in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, permits, development orders and government approvals. The Bidder shall provide Bid Security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) (including applicable alternates) of the total amount of the bid. The Bid Security is to be submitted to the DISTRICT in triplicate (one original and two copies). The copies must be a photographic reproduction of the completed form set forth in the Contract Documents and be clearly marked "COPY".
