This project consists of a 65,300 SF new 3 story structure, plus major renovations to Pods A, B, C, D & E, and the complete demolition of pod F. o Required trades are listed below by Division (check specification, as list may not be all inclusive): 02 - Sitework consists of earthwork, utility work, rock excavation, site improvements, building excavation & backfilling, loam & seeding, landscaping, and associated sitework. 02 - Complete demolition of Pod F, selective demolition in Pods A, B, C, D, and E, and includes some asbestos abatement. 03 - Concrete work - foundations & slabs in new building, concrete floor finishing, misc. work in remaining Pods, and new exterior walks pads & ramps. 04 - Masonry - new exterior brick and cast stone, and interior masonry as scheduled. 05 - Structural steel, joists & deck, architectural steel framing, and miscellaneous metal work. 06 - Carpentry - Rough carpentry, blocking, etc. 06 - Finish carpentry/millwork, FRP paneling. 07 - Waterproofing, thermal insulation, sound insulation, EIFS, TPO roofing, flashing, roof hatch, spray fireproofing, intumescent fire proofing, firestopping, expansion joint covers, and caulking. 08 - Hollow Metal, wood doors, hardware, acoustic doors, access panels, entrances storefronts, & curtain walls, automatic doors, ticket window, unit skylights, glass & glazing and louvers. 09 - Finishes - plastering, metal studs & gyp.
