The purpose of this RFP is to solicit professional construction services for the Iselin Tennis and Pickleball Courts. Construction will occur in 2024. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Proposals submitted. Spring 2024 - Construction commences. Fall 2024 - Construction completion.
