Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 09/25/2023 8:00 AM (PDT) Start/Delivery Date October 12th Project Duration 180 Days or less License Requirements B The Antelope Valley Transit Authority, located in Lancaster, CA, an upgrade to one of our transfer centers to add chargers and additional conduits to facilitate the installation of information panels to serve our community better. Work includes but isn't limited to installing new conduit and cabling for new control panels and mounting for monitoring screens. Saw cut and patch back asphalt and concrete to install conduit for two new level three chargers. Install new concrete pads and bollards for new car chargers. Pick up two existing chargers from AVTA main facility and install at a designated location. Coordination with AVTA consultant for monitor install. All line items listed are approximate and should be verified by the contractor. The awarded firm will provide project management, supervision, scheduling, equipment, labor, materials, freight, taxes, and applicable permits for this project. The Contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This construction project is federally funded and requires compliance with all applicable FTA rules and regulations along with the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, and State of California Departments, including but not limited to the Department of Industrial Relations labor codes, rules, and regulations. Any bids on this project over $175,000.00 are subject to a Community Workforce Agreement. (AVTA does not anticipate this project to exceed this threshold) Work of this section includes everything necessary for or incidental to completing the electrical work, to provide a complete and operable electrical system, except as herein specifically excluded.
