The well will discharge will be into Sampawams Creek and flow into Deer Lake. The lake level monitoring station will consist of a cellular control system, mast, solar panel and level transducer. C. The lake level monitoring station will transmit the lake level to an online portal. The online portal will be programmed to start and stop the pumps at defined lake elevations. The online portal will also monitor the flow rate of the pump and the total gallons pumped. D. The contractor is required to perform all works scopes of this project including the well drilling, electric, and site work. The contractor is also required to retain the services of a controls integrator to establish communications between the well pump and lake level monitoring station through the online portal
