Reference number : 1759894 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-10-04 The OMHM is conducting a public call for tenders for renovation work on the common areas and lobbies of the 7 buildings, at Habitations Place Hillside, located at the following addresses: 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150 Hillside Avenue in the City of Westmount. The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Repair the concrete slab and replace the flooring in the common areas of the ground floor. General rehabilitation of the common areas on the ground floor. Replace the main entrance doors of buildings. Recondition the front stairwells of some buildings. Replace certain electrical components (luminaires, baseboards, unit heater). The work will be carried out in seven buildings, which were built in 1974 and total 64 dwellings for families and individuals. Three buildings consist of three floors and four two-storey buildings. The frame of the buildings is composed of concrete blocks. During the work, the units will be occupied. According to the current plan, it is expected that work will begin as soon as the commitment letter is signed, but this date may be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the amendment cannot be used to justify a request for an extra on the part of the successful tenderer. The work must be carried out within a maximum of 140 working days from the date of commencement of the work in the letter of commitment
