The first is intended to accommodate a maximum of ten (10) modular housing units in the town of Maria and the second a maximum of eight (8) modular housing units in the town of Gaspe. The works covered by this call for tenders are those indicated in the Specifications and include: The securing of the site, the preliminary preparation of the land before the delivery of the housing units and the development of the sites (drainage, paths, parking, landscaping, construction of steps/terraces, etc.); The work required for the installation, routing and connection of the aqueduct, the sewer and the electrical/telecommunication service to each dwelling unit; The supply of equipment, labor and materials required. Coordination of the Contractor's work with that of other stakeholders: Public utility providers Modular housing manufacturers (installation of screw piles - or other foundations - and level installation of modular units) Construction professionals and other Company suppliers (electrical connections, construction of sheds to accommodate common electrical installations, delivery and installation of household appliances and furniture, etc.) The following works are excluded: Work on a measuring point (shelter) as well as the request and connection permit from Hydro-Quebec (in progress); The supply and installation of piles or other foundations for modular housing units; The supply and planting of trees and shrubs on the back line of Maria's site. The Contractor must enlist the resources and services of qualified subcontractors for the execution of the work in accordance with the plans and specifications, applicable laws, regulations and standards. The Company is responsible for: Engineering plans and technical specifications Authorizations and permits Surveying and soil studies Acquisition and installation of housing units, which are the subject of call for tenders 730000007 Acquisition and installation of household appliances and non-integrated furniture. The Company, in collaboration with the Gaspesie Integrated Social Services Center, has initiated the process of obtaining permits and carrying out work under the responsibility of public utility providers.
