Reference Number 0000255546 The University of Manitoba, Purchasing Services, is requesting tender submissions for this project through the Bonfire Network. Insurance Requirement: This project requires a minimum Builders Risk insurance policy in the amount of $10,000,000 per occurrence, $15,000,000 aggregate within any policy year. This policy should include Commercial General Liability insurance as well as Professional Liability insurance, with the UM named as an additional insured. Addenda: Please note that bidders are required to monitor the site where the competition is hosted, i.e. the Bonfire Submission Portal Service, for all addenda. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all addenda were received and to acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the bid form. Failure to comply may result in your bid being rejected. This RFT is posted in compliance with the applicable New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) regulations.
