Project includes installation of foundation drain tile and other miscellaneous items and appurtenances all in accordance with the Contract Documents, including location map, plans and specifications, on file in the office of the Engineering and Development Department, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility for 2023 is required on all bids in excess of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00). Proof of Responsibility forms are available from the ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT located on the 1st floor of the Menomonee Falls Village Hall, W156N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin 53051 or the Village of Menomonee Falls website at electronically and must be filed with the Director of Engineering and Development by the 21st day of September, 2023. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Village of Menomonee Falls, or cash, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract within five (5) days after the award of the contract.
