This Project is a Work Order construction project and involves the signal construction of (6) six intersections along various routes in and around the counties of Florence, Horry, and Marlboro, South Carolina. The intersections involved are shown on the above "List of Traffic Signals within Project or listed on the plans. SC File NO(S).: 5561083 PCN: P041011 Project No.: P041011 Approx. Length (miles): 1.4000 CO(S).: Florence Horry Marlboro Completion Date: 6/30/2026 Days The Contractor's attention is called to the requirements of the SC Department of Transportation for Prequalification . Only contractors who have been issued a Prequalification certificate by the sc department of transportation will be allowed to submit bids. Information concerning can be obtained at the Contracts Administration office, Room 332 in the Headquarters building, 955 Park Street, Columbia, SC, or by contacting Maria Devito at (803)737-2043 or Prequal@scdot.org. Unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement, no proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Approximate bid amount, written by a surety satisfactory to the Department, properly executed in South Carolina Department of Transportation Form 674 (furnished by the Department in each proposal).If an Electronic Bond is Utilized, The Bond Id Number Must Be Provided on the Surety 2000 or Tinubu (Surepath) Network Electronic Bond Form.
