Restoration of a roughly 120-foot section of the Gracewood Ditch, which runs between Cloverwood Drive and Gracewood Drive in Centerville. There is a 36-inch storm sewer at the upstream end of the ditch. Near the Storm outlet is a Hickenbottom style drain that collects water for the low-flow pipe in the ditch. This project will remove the Hickenbottom drain and the lowflow pipe up to the first junction. After removal, the ditch will be rechanneled and armored with rock. A catch basin will be set at the junction to serve as the new low-flow pipe inlet. Rehabbing a section of ditch through removal of brush and a low-flow pipe, rechanneling section and armoring banks with rock, and installing basing for low-flow inlet The Owner reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities. The Bidder expressly acknowledges this right of the Owner to reject any or all bids or to reject any incomplete or irregular bid.
