The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Removal and disposal of existing siding and trim of cottage 2475. 2. Preparation and installation of new vapor barrier. 3. Installation of fiber cement siding, caulk, trim and paint. PROJECT COST ESTIMATE: $140,000 Each Offer shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, Bid Bond payable to the Oregon State Hospital in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer. The successful Offeror shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract. Project Start Date: 15 Calendar Days From Issuance of Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion: 60 Calendar Days From Issuance of Notice to Proceed Final Completion: November 30, 2023 The State reserves the right to reject all Bids.
