Cochise College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of Cochise College. 1. The project will take place at the Law Enforcement Building (Bldg. 600) at the Sierra Vista Campus. 2. Remove, replace, and dispose of six (6) gas/electric rooftop package units. 3. The units will be as follows: a. 4 - 5 ton b. 1 - 6 ton c. 1 - 2 ton 4. All units need to be Trane and have manual fresh air dampers, hail guards, and internal filters. 5. All low-voltage wiring will be done by Cochise College. 6. Line voltage wiring will be done by the contractor, using existing disconnects. The seal tight from the disconnect needs to be replaced, and a properly sized wire disconnect if needed will be provided by the contractor. 7. Condensate lines need to be connected to existing condensate lines.
