Demolition and Clearing Services of one residential lot per bid specifications and requirements. (Pinnell Subdivision, Block 1, Lot 15, Denton County/3500 Cliff Oaks Drive, Corinth, Texas 76210) 1. Submit DSHS/EPA Paperwork and Fee 2. Demolition and proper disposal of one residential building, one above ground pool, one shed and including water pipelines to the meter, sewer to the tap, coordinate for gas removal with local service provider, foundation, foundation walls and footings. 3. Remove footings and piers to a max of 3' below the grade, remove abandoned underground piping and utilities. 4. Remove concrete, asphalt and brick pavement and driveway. Any existing sidewalks and drive approaches shall remain. 5. Remove concrete and brick retaining walls. 6. Remove wood and brick fence along with the brick columns. 7. Remove flagpole bollards, wood sign and all debris. 8. Removal and proper disposal of scrub trees & bushes. 9. Haul off and dispose of all pool equipment and shed in the rear of the property. 10. Final site clean of disturbed area and rough grade to promote best possible positive drainage. 11. Silt fence perimeter of the property facing Right of Way. No officer or employee of the City of Corinth shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in this or any contract with the City of Corinth. Minority and small business vendors are encouraged to submit a bid on any and all City of Corinth projects.
