Scope of Work: Signage Project Description: This project will relocate United Airlines, a domestic only carrier at SEA, to Concourse B and move Delta Air Lines, a carrier of with international flights at SEA, from Concourse B into those vacated gates on Concourse A. The project will construct associated office and support spaces. This project will also reconfigure the ticket counters at Zone 4 by demolishing an Airport Dining and Retail facility to make room for additional counters to support international airline operations. Order of magnitude 25K-35K *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Cut-off Date: Sep 29, 2023, 5:30:00 AM (The Link light rail Sea-Tac Airport station is connected to the fourth floor of the garage.) Take the escalator or elevator to the ticketing level. You will find the stairs and elevator to The Conference Center directly behind the international ticket counters to the mezzanine level. Our reception area is at the top of the stairs, through the double glass doors on your left. Attendees must bring/wear their own OSHA-compliant helmet and safety glasses, reflective vest, long pants and boots in order to attend the job walk following the pre-bid meeting. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents.
