Please submit all questions/requests for information in bulk (e.g., in a Word document attachment to an email) to limit the total number of emails received. SCOPE OF WORK The project includes the construction and installation of a step pool conveyance system (SPSC), a new headwall, point repairs to existing RCPs and headwall, and removal of existing piping. The drawings and specificationsfurther define the scope of work. The Contractorshall furnish all required equipment, materials, and labor necessary for completion of the work described herein. 2. LOCATION The projectislocated in the rear of 7 Moss Court however will be accessed via Nightingale Circle. 3. PERMITS, CERTIFICATIONS, LAWS, AND ORDINANCES The Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances. The Contractor is required to have or obtain a City contractor's license and State of Delaware business license prior to starting the work. The Contractor is required to obtain any permits required for completion of the work. The fees for City of Newark permits, if applicable, will be waived.
